1. Who We Are

Nexulon Network Interactives ("Nexulon," "we," "us") is a Philippine-based publishing entity. We publish and distribute digital content — including games and software tools — in partnership with independent creators and organizations.

Our ecosystem:

• Nexulon Network Interactives — The publisher. Operates this website and coordinates publishing activities.
• ItsMeDevRoland Games — Independent game development partner (not owned by Nexulon). Games published under Nexulon.
• Nexulon Botwork Interactives (N-Bot-Int) — Non-profit AI research lab partner (not owned by Nexulon). Publishes AI models independently on platforms like HuggingFace. TPMC may host N-Bot-Int's models.
• The Paper Mache Company — For-profit AI tooling subsidiary, wholly owned by Nexulon.

This policy covers data practices across the entire Nexulon ecosystem. Where specific entities have different practices, they are noted below.

2. What Data Each Entity Collects

We practice data minimization — each entity only collects what it needs for its specific purpose.

2.1 Nexulon Network Interactives (This Website)

2.2 ItsMeDevRoland Games (Partner — Published Games)

Some games published by Nexulon from ItsMeDevRoland Games may collect minimal data entirely for gameplay purposes, such as:

• Game progress, choices, and save data (stored locally or on-device)
• Lore-related or story-ARG progression flags
• Game settings and preferences

This data is tied to your gameplay experience, not to your personal identity. No personal information is collected unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g., through in-game feedback). Game-specific privacy details are provided within each game where applicable.

2.2.1 Voluntary Save File Submissions (ARG & Narrative Development)

Nexulon Network Interactives and ItsMeDevRoland Games may, on a completely voluntary basis, request save files from players. These submissions are used solely for story and narrative development purposes — including ARG (alternate reality game) development, worldbuilding, and lore expansion.

• No personal data: Submitted save files contain gameplay state only and will not include any personal data. We do not request, expect, or store personally identifying information through save file submissions.
• Never obligated: You are never required to submit save files. Declining has no impact on your ability to play or enjoy the game.
• Deletion on request: You may request deletion of your submitted save file at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will send an email notification to the address you provided at upload, confirming that your data/save has been deleted, along with a brief update on how it was (or was not) used.

2.3 Nexulon Botwork Interactives / N-Bot-Int (Partner — AI Models)

N-Bot-Int does not engage in automatic data collection. Specifically:

• AI model prompts and inference data are not stored
• No user accounts or profiles are created
• No browsing or usage tracking occurs on AI model services

Feedback: N-Bot-Int may ask users for voluntary feedback on model quality and performance. This feedback is:

• Provided only if you choose to submit it
• Used to improve future AI models
• Not tied to automatic tracking

N-Bot-Int also receives aggregated feedback from its partners (including The Paper Mache Company) for model improvement purposes — this is governed by the partner's data practices, not direct collection by N-Bot-Int.

2.4 The Paper Mache Company (Subsidiary — AI Tooling & Datasets)

As Nexulon's for-profit subsidiary, The Paper Mache Company collects the following data to operate and improve its products:

Future functionality — Account system: TPMC plans to introduce a storefront and account/login system for purchasing datasets and accessing for-profit services. When implemented, this system will collect account credentials (email, username), purchase history, and any information you voluntarily provide during checkout. This section will be updated at that time with full details. Until then, TPMC currently does not operate any login system.

The Paper Mache Company does not sell this data. Telemetry is used internally for product improvement only.

Across ALL entities, we currently do NOT collect:

• Payment information (transactions are handled by third-party platforms like Itch.io)
• Account registration data (no login systems are used — note: TPMC plans to introduce an account system in the future, see Section 2.4)
• Biometric or sensitive personal data

3. Legal Basis

We process your personal data in compliance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) under the following lawful bases:

• Consent — You voluntarily provide contact information
• Legitimate Interest — Analytics for site improvement and security monitoring
• Legal Obligation — IP and location processing for geo-restriction compliance, enabling us to identify and block access from restricted regions as required by applicable law

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may use standard third-party services for website hosting, CDN, and email delivery. These providers process data under contractual agreements that comply with applicable law.

Geo-location: We use ip-api.com to detect your general location (country/region) from your IP address for moderation and legal compliance purposes. ip-api.com is a free geo-IP service that receives your IP address momentarily during lookup. No personal identifying information beyond your IP is shared, and the result is cached locally in your browser for the duration of your session.

AI models (N-Bot-Int): N-Bot-Int publishes and manages its own AI models independently on platforms like HuggingFace. The Paper Mache Company may host N-Bot-Int's models as an infrastructure provider. When you use an AI model from N-Bot-Int, inference data is handled under N-Bot-Int's own practices, not Nexulon's.

Published games are distributed through platforms like Itch.io, which have their own privacy policies.

Data flows within the ecosystem:

• ItsMeDevRoland Games → Nexulon: Nexulon publishes games but does not receive player data from them. Game data stays within the game or with ItsMeDevRoland.
• N-Bot-Int → Nexulon: N-Bot-Int operates independently — it publishes its own AI models and manages its own data. No user data flows from N-Bot-Int to Nexulon.
• TPMC → N-Bot-Int: The Paper Mache Company may share aggregated feedback and telemetry with N-Bot-Int for model improvement purposes. This does not include personal data.
• TPMC → Nexulon: As a wholly-owned subsidiary, TPMC data practices are governed under this same policy.

5. Data Retention

Nexulon Network Interactives (Website)

• Contact inquiries: 1 year after resolution
• Analytics data: 26 months maximum
• Session data: Session only (not persisted)
• IP and geo-location data: Session only on the client side (cached in localStorage, cleared on logout or cache clear). Server-side logging (if implemented) retained for 90 days for moderation and compliance purposes.

ItsMeDevRoland Games (Game Data)

• Gameplay data (save files, lore flags): Stored locally on your device. Nexulon and ItsMeDevRoland do not have access to this data unless you voluntarily share it.

N-Bot-Int (AI Models)

• Model prompts: Not stored
• Voluntary feedback: Retained until no longer needed for model improvement (you can request deletion)

The Paper Mache Company (Tooling & Datasets)

• Harness telemetry: 26 months
• Dataset quality feedback: Duration of dataset license agreement
• Anonymous usage patterns: 26 months

6. Your Rights

Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act and applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Be Informed — of how your data is used (this policy)
• Access — request a copy of your data
• Rectify — correct inaccurate data
• Object — to processing of your data
• Erase — request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw Consent — at any time (some services may be affected)
• Data Portability — receive your data in a structured format
• File a Complaint — with the Philippine National Privacy Commission (NPC)

To exercise any of these rights, email nexus.networkinteractives@gmail.com with subject line "Data Privacy Request". We will respond within 30 days as required by Philippine law.

7. Age Restrictions & Children's Privacy

Age requirements vary by entity depending on the nature of the service:

• N-Bot-Int (AI models): 18+. N-Bot-Int's AI models are roleplaying models that do not impose content censorship, as filtering would break immersion and creative freedom. As such, they are intended for adult users who can navigate open-ended RP responsibly.
• The Paper Mache Company (datasets & harnesses): 18+. TPMC sells synthetic datasets and technical tools (harnesses) that require a computer, Python knowledge, and familiarity with platforms like HuggingFace. These are commercial products with a practical access barrier — not an "adult content" classification.
• ItsMeDevRoland Games: Age rating varies per game. Individual games may target all-ages or specific age groups depending on content. Check the game's own listing for its rating.
• Nexulon Network Interactives (this website): 13+ (general audience). The publisher website itself does not contain age-restricted content.

We do not knowingly collect data from minors below the applicable age threshold for each service. If we discover we have collected data from a minor in violation of the applicable restriction, we will delete it immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

As a Philippine-based entity, your data may be processed on servers located in various countries (including the US for hosting services). We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place where required by applicable law.

9. Security

We implement reasonable security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
• Limited access to personal data
• Regular security reviews

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. Material changes will be posted on our website. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
