1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing nexulonnetint.vercel.app / net.nexulon.dev or using any content published by Nexulon Network Interactives (including games, software tools, and websites), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Use of independently-published AI models from N-Bot-Int is subject to N-Bot-Int's own terms and applicable open-source licenses.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our Role as Publisher

Nexulon Network Interactives is a publishing entity based in the Philippines. We publish and distribute content from our partners and subsidiaries:

• Video games — Developed by ItsMeDevRoland Games (independent partner, not owned by Nexulon). Published and distributed by Nexulon.
• AI tooling & datasets — Developed by The Paper Mache Company (wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexulon). Released under the Nexulon umbrella.

Nexulon Botwork Interactives (N-Bot-Int) operates as an independent non-profit research partner. N-Bot-Int publishes and manages its own AI models independently (primarily on HuggingFace). The Paper Mache Company may host N-Bot-Int's models as an infrastructure provider, but N-Bot-Int retains full independence over its publishing and licensing decisions.

Each partner's content may be subject to their own additional terms and licenses. Where conflict exists, the more restrictive terms apply.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Age requirements differ by service depending on the nature of the content:

• N-Bot-Int AI models: 18+. These are roleplaying models that do not impose content censorship — filtering would break creative immersion. Users must be 18 or older to responsibly engage with open-ended RP.
• The Paper Mache Company (datasets & harnesses): 18+. TPMC products are commercial tools that require technical expertise (Python, HuggingFace, etc.) and financial means to purchase. This age restriction reflects the practical access barrier, not a content classification.
• ItsMeDevRoland Games: Age rating varies per game. Individual games have their own age suitability. Check the game's listing for its specific rating.
• Nexulon Network Interactives (this website): 13+. The publisher website itself is general audience.

You must not use any of our services for any illegal purpose.

We reserve the right to block access or restrict services from any user who does not meet the applicable age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our website or published content for any unlawful activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what open-source licenses permit
• Use our published AI models to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Spam, harass, or abuse our communication channels
• Attempt to breach security measures or access unauthorized data
• Scrape or crawl our website without permission
• Impersonate Nexulon, its partners, or its staff

5. Our Website (NexulonSite)

You may browse our website freely. We reserve the right to restrict access to any part of the site at any time for any reason.

6. Published Games (ItsMeDevRoland Games)

Games published by Nexulon from ItsMeDevRoland Games are provided "as is." Game-specific terms may apply where provided (e.g., within the game itself, on the game's distribution page, or in separate documentation). Nexulon's liability for published games is limited as described in Section 11.

7. AI Models (Nexulon Botwork Interactives)

N-Bot-Int publishes and manages its AI models independently. This section governs the terms under which those models are made available.

Age restriction: N-Bot-Int AI models are roleplaying models that prioritize creative immersion. Content filtering is not applied, as it would restrict creative expression and break immersion. By accessing or using these models, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

7.1 Open-Source Models (Legacy)

Previously released models may be licensed under Apache 2.0 or other permissive licenses as indicated on their model cards. Those models remain under their original license terms.

7.2 New Models — AGPL License

New AI models released by N-Bot-Int are licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL) unless otherwise stated on the model card.

Key AGPL terms (summary — the full license text governs):

• You may use, modify, and distribute the model freely under AGPL terms
• If you modify the model and offer it as a network service, you must release your modifications under AGPL
• The model is provided without warranty of any kind
• Attribution must be maintained as specified in the license

7.3 Commercial Licensing

The Paper Mache Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexulon Network Interactives, holds priority and primary commercial licensing rights for N-Bot-Int's AGPL models. This means TPMC has the highest standing — majority and first claim — when it comes to commercial distribution of N-Bot-Int's AGPL-licensed models. However, N-Bot-Int retains its own rights to sell and distribute commercial AGPL exceptions independently. If you require commercial use outside the AGPL terms (e.g., proprietary integration, SaaS without source release, white-label use), you may contact The Paper Mache Company as the primary commercial channel, or N-Bot-Int directly for alternative arrangements.

7.4 Acceptable Use of AI Models

You agree NOT to use published AI models for:

• Generating illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content
• Violating others' intellectual property rights
• Any purpose that violates applicable local or international law
• Medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions without appropriate safeguards

AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

8. Tools & Datasets (The Paper Mache Company)

Tools and datasets developed by The Paper Mache Company — a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexulon — are released under the Nexulon umbrella. Use of these tools and datasets is subject to N-Bot-Int's Terms of Service where they interface with N-Bot-Int's AI models, and applicable open-source licenses otherwise. Commercial users should reference Section 7.3 above regarding licensing.

Future account system: TPMC plans to introduce a storefront with account creation for purchasing datasets and accessing for-profit services. When implemented, additional terms specific to accounts, purchases, and subscriptions will apply. These terms will be made available at launch.

9. Intellectual Property

• Nexulon branding — All Nexulon Network Interactives trademarks, logos, brand assets, and site design are owned by Nexulon Network Interactives
• Partner content — Games, AI models, and tools remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and partners
• Your content — You retain ownership of content you create using our published tools, subject to the terms of the applicable license

10. Third-Party Services

Our published content may use, integrate with, or link to:

• HuggingFace — AI model hosting and distribution
• Itch.io — Game distribution platform
• Discord — Community platform
• GitHub/Git — Source code hosting

We are not responsible for the policies, operation, or security of these third-party services. Your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

10.1 Third-Party Access & Geo-Restrictions

Our content is distributed through third-party platforms (including but not limited to Itch.io, HuggingFace, GitHub, and Discord). Nexulon Network Interactives maintains and publishes a list of countries and regions to which we do not offer our services due to legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements ("Restricted Territories").

If you access our content through a third-party platform while located in a Restricted Territory, you assume full responsibility for doing so. By using our services despite the announced restrictions, you acknowledge that:

• We have publicly stated that we do not serve your territory
• You have chosen to access our content through a third-party platform of your own volition
• We cannot be held liable or accountable for any legal, regulatory, or contractual consequences that arise from your access in violation of our published territorial restrictions
• Any third-party platform's independent decision to make our content available in your region does not override our published territorial restrictions — it is the platform's action, not ours

This clause serves as our explicit notice of territorial restriction. If you proceed to access our content from a Restricted Territory, you do so at your own risk and waive any claim against Nexulon Network Interactives arising from such access.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

ALL CONTENT PUBLISHED BY NEXULON NETWORK INTERACTIVES IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of any published content
• That AI outputs are accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose
• That published content is free from vulnerabilities, errors, or malware
• Compatibility with all systems, configurations, or platforms

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, Nexulon Network Interactives, its partners, subsidiaries, officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our published content.

This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, AI-generated content misuse, game or mod compatibility issues, and service interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed ₱1,000 PHP (or the equivalent in your local currency).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexulon Network Interactives, its partners, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our published content
• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Content you generate using our published AI models

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or published content at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the affected services immediately ceases
• Sections 9, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after 30 days of posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
